City Chambers, Holyrood Park, Edinburgh - Wedding Photogaphy

 With the wedding season for 2018 winding down, I thought it was about time to share another wedding from the Summer! It was great to be shooting in the heart of the City again for the wedding of Ilona & Alywn, at the City Chambers & afterwards at the Hilton Grosvenor. We even had time to take a wee excursion to Holyrood Park for some intimate portraits and the first time I photographed a bride in red!

I photograph around the City a lot with my page Edinburgh HD, so I knew some nice spots for the bride and groom. We got the taxi to stop along Queens Drive at a spot photographers call "Magic Corner". The City really comes into view here when you pop over the hill. A popular route for tour buses and the like. It doesn't really get any better having Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Park as a backdrop for any Edinburgh photographer!
